Heritage Bulbs is part of Heritage Gardening Ltd, a company set up and registered in 2003. The company’s founder is Alex Chisholm (see picture), who remains the Managing Director. The company specialises in the supply of rare and historic bulbs (www.heritagebulbs.com), which are featured on this website.
Heritage Bulbs has been the subject of notices and features in the following garden publications: The Garden, Gardens Illustrated, Country Gardener, Gardens Monthly, Garden Answers, Daily Telegraph Gardening, The Irish Garden, The Irish Times Horticulture & Landscape Ireland.
Since 2003, the company has mounted nursery displays at the Hampton Court Flower Show, Garden Heaven Show, Spring House & Garden Show, Garden Ireland Show, and Rare & Special Plant Fair, and has won awards in each year.
Heritage Gardening supports charitable agencies that undertake bulb conservation, notably NCCPG, IGPS and Hortus Bulborum in Limmen, Holland.
